PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION;
Full payment confirms your order and begins the process of preparing your prairie alpaca for delivery. If you change your mind before delivery, your payment is fully refundable.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY;

Because we work with live animals, all prairie alpaca sales are generally final. However, we remain committed to fairness and will carefully review any genuine health concerns.

• Health-Related Refunds or Replacements: If a health issue is confirmed and approved, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund.

  We strongly encourage all buyers to be fully prepared before welcoming a prairie alpaca. This means having appropriate shelter, secure fencing, proper feed, and reliable care arrangements in place to ensure the alpaca’s health, safety, and comfort from the very beginning.
